• 19:20 West Gate: still about 300 people in the wood – the situation is calming down – there are still water cannon on the street – no delegates car have been seen passing through the gate
• 19:15 Börgerende blocade: 300 people – good mood – people’s kitchen couldn’t make it to the blockade – people want to go on till overnight
• 18:25 The demo medics have asked help to the police medics to treat a severely injured person from the demo
• 17:50 Police starts to disperse people from the west gate area. There is massive use of water cannons and police units are violently attacking the protesters. Several people have been injured.
• 17:35 The blockade in Börgerende is continuing, 400 people are peacefully sitting in the streets and are planning to stay there for the second night
• 17:30 West Gate: Police is using water cannons against protesters – protesters are holding a plenary to discuss options for further activities – some G8 delegates are reported to be able to pass the gate, escorted by police
